Welcome Home Young Mr. Green?

According the David Aldridge, the Rockets traded Kirk Snyder and a second round pick for Gerald Green. Do I like it? Hell yes, I think Green has a ton of upside and is only 22 years old. He's extremely athletic and can dunk in socks, I hope this is true

Oh, the gentlemen, wait, they aren't gentlemen, the guys over at Hardwood Paroxysm have a great trade thread going. It's where I got the above nugget of info from: Trade Thread

Daryl Morey is like a word genius or something.

That's two completely awesome under the radar moves.

I'm not sure what's to like about the trade other than it grants Snyder's wish of getting a chance to play. I think he deserves it. Green is an unrestricted free agent and I can't imagine the Rockets would be interested in signing a disinterested and defensive deficient (that's alliteration holmes) player.

But seriously, I haven't seen him play much, but whenever he's been on the court against the Rockets, he's shown he has no idea on defense, but even worse, he doesn't even try. And he doesn't like to take the ball to the basket and shoots a bunch of tough jumpers (sounds like somebody I already know).
